Site Controls Introduces AnalyticEngine Dynamic Reporting Tool
for Enhanced Operational Intelligence

New capabilities will enable retailers and banks to further reduce energy costs
and improve asset performance

AUSTIN, TX – December 2, 2008 Site Controls today announced the immediate availability of its new AnalyticEngine, designed to improve facilities management for chain retailers and financial institutions. The AnalyticEngine provides Site Controls customers with dynamic, customizable reporting capabilities delivered on-demand via the Site-Command ASP Hosted Data Center.

Through the new AnalyticEngine, chain retailers and financial institutions can access and analyze actionable facilities management data from dozens of pre-configured report options. The dynamic reporting features of the new AnalyticEngine also allow Site Controls customers to:

• Provide specific inputs to selected reports, making them more targeted to individual business needs
• Display reports in multiple formats for additional distribution or analytic processing
• Leverage multiple calculations and database queries to deliver richer, more sophisticated reports

The release of the AnalyticEngine provides more sophisticated "above-site" visibility to enable retailers with hundreds of locations to immediately identify issues and trends across their enterprise which might impact profitability, brand image or customer comfort. By providing tailored business intelligence driven by real-time facility data, retailers can effectively manage their entire site portfolio without excessive administrative overhead.
